1. Eligibility Criteria

✅ Time Limit:
You have 14 days from purchase/delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Condition:
Items must be:

• Unworn & unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached

🔁 Exchange or Refund:
Choose one option per item. Exchanges void future refund eligibility for that item.

2. How It Works

🔍 Step 2: We inspect returns for:
✔️ Approval → Refund/Exchange processed within 10 business days
❌ Rejection → Item shipped back to you (refusal = order cancellation)

3. Your Options

🔄 Exchange:

• Size/color change (subject to stock)
• Courier collects shipping fees upon delivery

💵 Refund Methods:

• Original payment
• Store credit
• Bank transfer/Mobile wallet

📦 Shipping Costs:

• You pay return shipping*
• *Free if item is defective/wrong

 

 

4. Special Cases

⚠️ Defective/Wrong Items:
We cover all shipping + replace/refund immediately.

🚫 non-returnable:

• Sale items
• Custom printed products (unless defective)
